Mix the contents of the packet with 5 dkg of sugar (about 3 tablespoons) and 8 tablespoons of the 1/2 liter of milk until smooth. Add the remaining milk and bring the mixture to a boil while stirring continuously. Pour the pudding into molds rinsed with cold water and let it cool. Once the pudding has set, it is ready to be served. A delicious cream can also be made from pudding powder! In this case, cook the pudding powder with only 3 dl of milk. Add 5 dkg of butter and 1 egg yolk, previously whipped, to the cooled pudding. The cream thus prepared is suitable for filling cakes and pastries but can also be consumed on its own.
