家庭簡易版傳統蘿蔔糕 Homemade Traditional Turnip Cake材料及份量(2底6吋):李祥和蘿蔔糕預拌粉(Turnip Cake Premix) 1盒(300克)白蘿蔔(Turnip)(⅔刨絲 ⅓切粗條)2條 約1600克臘腸(Preserved Meat Sausage) 2條 約100克臘肉(Preserved Meat) 0.5條 約75克蝦米(Dried Shrimp) 20克冬菇(Chinese Mushroom) 5粒乾瑤柱(Dried Scallops) 20克紅蔥頭(Shallot) 1粒水(Water)(包括浸泡乾材料的水) 500毫升鹽(Salt) 2克白胡椒粉(White Pepper Powder) 適量做法:準備切碎了的冬菇、蝦米、臘腸、臘肉、乾瑤柱和紅蔥頭浸過材料的水留起,再加清水至500毫升準備白蘿蔔,先將蘿蔔去皮,將⅓ 蘿蔔切粗條,⅔ 蘿蔔刨絲備用準備李祥和蘿蔔糕預拌粉,再加入浸過材料的水,然後攪拌均勻備用熱鑊落油,再倒入臘腸及臘肉炒一下,然後加入蝦米、乾瑤柱和冬菇,繼續爆炒,然後盛起備用,記得留一點放上面做裝飾的同一隻鑊再加油,倒入紅蔥頭爆炒一下,然後倒入蘿蔔條和蘿蔔絲,再加白胡椒粉和鹽,然後冚蓋煮10分鐘蘿蔔軟身之後就倒入爆香了的材料,然後再炒一下,再倒入粉漿並慢慢推至杰身將粉漿倒入糕盤內,再鋪上¼剩下的材料,並用大火隔水蒸約40分鐘放涼冷卻之後,就可以切成一塊塊,然後用小火慢慢煎香,配上辣醬或者XO醬就可以享用了Ingredients: Rice Flour, Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Sulphur DioxideAllergy Advice: Not suitable for Gluten, Sulphites allergy sufferers. Product of Hong Kong
